In the framework of a bottom-up approach, the unit decided to adopt an adhocratic organization that provides the flexibility and responsiveness it needs to grow and adapt to its environment. This adhocratic organization is characterized as follows :

Three disciplinary poles – Finance and Accounting; Marketing; Strategy, HRM and Logistics – involve all teacher-researchers and doctoral students. These poles help the integration of new colleagues and doctoral students within a recognized sub-discipline of management science and also ensure the disciplinary monitoring essential for all research activity.
